Common questions
Can my accountant keep using QuickBooks?
Yes. MasterQ syncs invoices, payments, bills and a daily inventory entry to QuickBooks Online, and your accountant gets a free read-only login.
Will my staff find it hard to learn?
They only see the modules you turn on, so there's less to learn. The screens are in English and Chinese, and we train remotely or on site.
Do we pay more as orders grow?
No. Orders, items, customers and history are never capped or metered. You pay by edition and number of users.
