1.3 Automatically collected information
Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp, pages requested) for operational and security purposes. We do not use these logs to profile your individual behavior.
2. Cookies

The site sets exactly one strictly necessary cookie:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for marketing.
4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, nor do we "share" it in the cross-context behavioral advertising sense defined by that law.
To exercise any of these rights, email allenzhangdc@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Data ownership in on-premise deployments
If you purchase the on-premise or LAN version of the Software:
Your business data (products, customers, vendors, orders, inventory, pricing, and so on) lives entirely on your own computer or server and is never transmitted to us. We cannot access it. The Software runs with no internet connection.
If you choose cloud deployment, your business data resides in the cloud environment we configure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up daily. Under either deployment, you can export all of your data to standard formats (CSV / SQL) at any time.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed password storage, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and restricted internal access. Please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
9. Children
This website is directed at business customers, not at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will notify you of material changes by reasonable means.
