Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026
These terms form an agreement between you and Pure Digits Inc. ("we", "us") governing your use of the masterq.us website and its online demo environment. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Important: These terms cover only the website and demo environment. Your rights and obligations when purchasing MasterQ Inventory — license scope, term, delivery, customization, maintenance and updates, refunds — are governed by a separate software license and services agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms conflict with that agreement, that agreement controls.
1. What this website provides
This website provides product information, pricing references, industry content, and an online demo environment for evaluating the product.
Prices, feature descriptions, and comparisons shown on this site are for reference and do not constitute an offer. Final pricing, feature scope, and deliverables are set by the formal written quote we issue to you.
2. Using the demo environment
The online demo environment has the following limitations, which you should understand before using it:
- It is a public, shared environment. Multiple visitors use the same demo data and the same demo credentials. Anything one person enters may be visible to others.
- Do not enter real business data, customer records, or sensitive information. We accept no confidentiality obligation for what you enter into the demo.
- Demo data may be reset or cleared at any time. We do not guarantee its persistence.
- The demo is provided as-is, may differ from released versions, and may be suspended or changed at any time.
In the demo environment, you may not:
- Attack, scan, penetrate, or otherwise compromise the security or availability of the environment
- Use automated scripts for bulk requests or load testing
- Upload malicious code
- Attempt to access other users' data or non-public parts of the system
- Reverse engineer the system for the purpose of developing a competing product
3. Accounts
If you register an account:
- You agree to provide accurate information
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account
- Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, interface design, graphics, logos, software, and demonstrations — is owned by Pure Digits Inc. or its licensors and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from this website's content without our prior written permission.
Third-party product names and trademarks mentioned on this site (such as QuickBooks and inFlow) belong to their respective owners. We reference them solely for descriptive product comparison; this does not imply any affiliation with, partnership with, or endorsement by those owners.
5. Information you submit
Information you submit through our forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. Please do not send us confidential information or third-party personal data through these forms.
6. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website and the demo environment are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the demo environment will be available at any particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Digits Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising from your use of or inability to use this website or the demo environment.
This section does not affect rights you may have under a separately signed software license and services agreement.
8. Third-party links
This website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Termination
